Who is Taska for?
For teams where "an email arrives, a task opens, someone works on it, someone approves it": agencies, IT and help desks, software and marketing teams. You can also start alone with a personal list.
How do I move from Trello, Jira or Excel?
Click Import in a project and pick the source: Trello (JSON), Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Linear, Notion (CSV), monday.com or Excel. Map the columns and preview; nothing is written until you confirm. Exports that carry source IDs (Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, Linear) never create the same record twice.
How does approval work?
When work reaches the Review stage, the reviewer approves it or sends it back with a reason. You can build a chain with several approvers: in order, all or any one. Every decision stays on the task and can be downloaded as a PDF.
Can my client approve without an account?
Yes. Send an external approval link; the client sees the task and its files and approves or asks for changes. The link expires, or you can revoke it any time.
What are seats and guests?
Owners, admins and members each take a seat. A guest only sees the projects they are invited to, updates tasks and does not take a seat.
Which currencies are prices in?
Turkish lira, euro and US dollar. Prices exclude VAT; tax is added at checkout based on your country. The yearly discount is the same rate in every currency.
What happens to my data when a plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Members, projects and files over the limit pause; if the limit is exceeded, no new members, projects or files can be added.
Can I install it on my own server?
Yes. Taska Server runs on your own Linux server with Docker Compose; the database and files stay in your network. It is sold as a yearly license and you start with a 30-day trial key.
Where is my data and is it safe?
In the cloud, data is stored in U-Core's SQL Server database; files are downloaded through signed, time-limited links. Two-step verification and role-based permissions are built in. Export your data to Excel, PDF or CSV any time.
How do I cancel?
The workspace owner cancels under Workspace → Plan. The plan runs until the end of the period, then switches to Free. Nothing is deleted.
